Haiti, one year later - The Big Picture -... →
There’s no point in saying things like a picture painting a thousand words, because the hardships suffered by the people of Haiti are probably way beyond anything any of us could conceive of, but this photo-article sheds light on how things have progressed in Haiti in the past year and I think just goes to show the reason why we keep Haitees running.

BBC News - Haiti earthquake: After so many... →
Today marks 1 year since the Haiti earthquake. This report from the BBC gives you an image of the state of the country one year on, and it would seem in some parts that nothing has changed. Rubble still covers the land, people are still homeless and without sanitation, still living in “temporary” camps.
But work has been done. The Red Cross, along with other organisations have made...

Cité Maxo →
An article about Cité Maxo, one of many refugee camps for internally displaced people in Haiti, that despite positive progress is threatened by closure. This article rain in Friday’s Guardian, and serves as a reminder why we need to carry on working to help the Red Cross improve the quality of living for the people of Haiti.

Watch this space…
Hi all, we’re back with some exciting developments for you all!
Starting this Wednesday, we’ll be hoping to bring you a new T-Shirt design for every day of Advent. With the recent Cholera outbreak in Haiti causing further hardship and sorrow, we thought it was worth trying to get the site some more attention in the run up to Christmas. It is supposed to be the season of good-will after all!

Quake woman reunited with baby →
It’s always nice to read a story like this, when something amazing comes out of such an awful situation. It makes keeping this project going feel all the more worthwhile!
Thanks to Hideyourarms.com!
We got a mention on the great t-shirt blog, hideyourarms.com last month, but somehow completely missed it at the time. Apologies to Andrew for not getting to say thanks for the great write-up sooner!
The feature can be found here: http://hideyourarms.com/?s=haitees
Another Haitees?
Looks like we weren’t the only ones with the idea of ‘Haitees’. Good work Sadie-Mae! http://bit.ly/9iO2do

We're still going...
So Haitees has been running for a few months now, and unfortunately we’ve had nowhere near as many sales as we had hoped. But just like the aid workers in Haiti, we’re still going. We’ve lowered the prices of our tee shirts on the Mysoti store for everyone, hopefully that might persuade more sales. It’s a shame to have to donate less per shirt, but if we can get more sales we’ll make a bigger...
So it's Tuesday! →
And that means you can recommend us to Tumblr to be a featured blog this week. If you have the time, (and hopefully you have the inclination to help a good cause), please click the link and show us some support! We’ve worked really hard to get haitees up and running, but we still need more exposure, and that’s something that ain’t so easy to get on the internet, even with hard...

Natural Disasters Suck
mysoti:
So we’ve been besmirched with yet more bad luck here at MySoti HQ this past couple of weeks.
THAT volcano from Iceland that’s been spurting out ash all over northern Europe these past couple of months has finally hit the business and our deliveries of American Apparel shirts to the UK have become severly delayed.
(I know, just as we were catching up right? :/)
We’re really, ever so...
